JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
  • Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain proper communication and call quality standards
  • Follow company processes, policies and guideline
