Walk-in || Customer Service Executive -Only Male

Yashoda Hospitals is looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage internal and external communication, address patient and visitor queries, coordinate with various departments, and ensure timely resolution of complaints and service-related concerns. The candidate should possess good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with hospital teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, patient queries, and customer requests professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient and service-related issues.
• Communicate with patients, attendants, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Register, track, and follow up on complaints, feedback, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, facilities, and processes.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain records of calls, complaints, feedback, and follow-up activities.
• Follow hospital policies, service standards, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Support effective communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-friendly approach at all times.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate; preferably in BBA, B.Com, BHM, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Shifts: Rotational shifts including night shifts.
• Languages: Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
