Walk-in || Customer Service Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with computer navigation and operation skills.
• Manage international inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Resolve escalated issues using strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Serves as primary contact for customer issues.
• Flexible to adaptable to any shift timings (24 x 7 shifts) including night shifts.

• Experience: Freshers
• Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Education (12th) or Diploma or Any Graduation
• Year of Graduation: 2026 & 2025
• Candidates with Backlogs: Eligible
