Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat.
  
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  
• Maintain professional and clear written communication.
  
• Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround times.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer-service standards.
  
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.
  

Eligibility

• Freshers are eligible to apply.
  
• Experienced candidates from chat support, BPO, customer service, or international processes are welcome.
  
• Excellent written English communication skills.
  
• Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
  
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
