Walk-in || Customer Relationship Manager

Manage B2B clients, handle enquiries, quotations, orders, invoicing and payment follow-ups. Coordinate production and dispatch, resolve complaints, drive repeat sales, upselling and cross-selling, maintain records, and prepare sales reports.

Required Candidate profile

Experience in Flexible Packaging / Plastic Packaging / Films / Laminates / Pouches / Manufacturing will be an advantage, but industry experience is not mandatory.
Experience: 3–6 Years
