Generate OP bills for consultations, investigations, procedures, and other services.

Collect payments through cash, card, UPI, or other approved payment methods.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, radiology, and other departments.

Explain billing details and charges to patients and attendants.

Handle billing queries, corrections, refunds, and cancellations as per hospital policy.

Ensure timely billing and maintain accurate daily cash and payment records.
