EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering / Master of Business Administration (Any Specialization)

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Industry: Real Estate, Property Development, or Customer Service-orientated industries
• Area of Experience: Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Post-Sales Operations
• Years of Experience: 1015 years

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer interactions from post-booking to handover of property.
• Handle documentation, agreement execution, and coordination with legal and accounts departments.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per the agreed schedule and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Projects, Sales, Legal, and Finance for customer requirements.
• Address customer queries and complaints and provide appropriate resolutions within TAT (Turn Around Time).
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to customer payments, agreement status, and communications.
• Assist in planning and executing customer engagement activities and events.
• Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
