Walk-in || Customer Relationship Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and relationship management for vehicle sales and aftersales services.
• Make customer follow-up calls regarding service appointments, vehicle delivery, feedback and enquiries.
• Address customer queries, complaints and concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and monitor CSI/Customer Experience scores.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up details and interaction history in CRM/DMS.
• Inform customers about service schedules, offers, campaigns and dealership activities.
• Handle post-service and post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare customer feedback and complaint reports and share insights with management.
• Ensure a premium customer experience and build long-term relationships with customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Any Degree / Business Administration / Marketing with 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in automobile dealerships, luxury/premium brands, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM/DMS, MS Office and customer follow-up processes.
