Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Experienced candidates from 1 to 3 years are eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidates with International & Domestic voice process experience are preferred.
• Candidates with outbound calls experience in Healthcare insurance industry for international client would be added advantage.
• Compute complex information with good analytical skills.
• Ability in problem solving, good listening and reasoning.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.
• Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.
• Willing to work in permanent night shifts (US time zones).
