Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Any Graduate
• Freshers and Experienced candidates upto 3 years are eligible.

Process: International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Candidates with International & Domestic voice process experience are preferred.
• Candidates with outbound calls & Collection experience for international client would be added advantage.
• Compute complex information with good analytical skills.
• Ability in problem solving, good listening and reasoning
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
• Willing to work in permanent night shifts (US time zones).
