Walk-in || Customer Coordinator

Handle customer enquiries, internal coordination, Service/AMC/I&C visit scheduling, payment follow-ups, courier coordination and customer records. Requires good communication, follow-up, customer handling with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required Candidate profile

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and email.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal, coordination and follow-up skills.
Preferred female candidates.
