We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join the customer support team for full-time, in-office roles. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply! Final allocation to Domestic or International process will be evaluated during the interview based on communication skills and overall performance.

Job Summary

• Role: Customer Support
• Work Type: Work from Office (On-site)
• Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced (Undergraduates & Graduates eligible)
• Process Type: Domestic & International (Voice)
• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Salary: 15k CTC - 25k CTC, 12k - 19k In-hand (Subject to Communication skills and Overall Interview Performance/Experience).
• Transportation Facility: Available subject to hiring zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Maintain logs of customer interactions and escalate complex issues as required.

Requirements

• Good command over English.
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Max. age limit is 30.

Walk-In Interview Details

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM 12:30 PM (Reporting Time).
• Carry you Aadhaar card (Original & Copy), Updated Resume and 5 Passport size photos.
