1. Location: Manikonda, Pocharam & Hi-Tech City
2. Interview Mode: Walk-in
3. Schedule: 6 Days Working and 1 Rotational Week Off (Domestic) & 5 Days Working and 2 Rotational Week Off (International)
4. Language Required: Fluency in English & Hindi both in Pocharam & Hi-Tech City and Fluent English with Neutral Accent in Manikonda
5. Age Limit: Max. 30
6. Shifts: Rotational
7. Travel Allowance in Pocharam & Hi-Tech City and Cab Facility in Manikonda subject to hiring zone.

Qualification and Experience:

• Pocharam: Any Graduate Fresher or Experience
• Hi-Tech City: Any Male Graduate with 1 year experience in Chat/Mail.
• Manikonda: Any 12th pass Fresher or Experience.

Salary: Based on Experience and Last Drawn

1. Pocharam: 14k - 16k In-hand.
2. Hi-Tech City: Up to 26k CTC, 21k In-Hand
3. Manikonda: 25k CTC - 33k CTC, 18k - 26k In-hand

• Handling Customer Queries.
• Resolving Customer Complaints.
• Providing Product or Service Information.
• Recording customer interactions.
• Following Up with Customers.
• Handling Customer Feedback.
• Meeting Performance Metrics.
• Staying Updated with Product Knowledge.
