Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English
Basic Computer Knowledge
Willing to Work in 24x7 Shifts
5 Days Working

Roles & Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and provide resolutions
Deliver excellent customer service over calls
Maintain accurate customer records and process requests
Follow banking process guidelines and quality standards
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
