Job Summary

• Inbound calling process.

• Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily

• Providing information as per customer query related to the customer health plan

• Resolving customers issues in a timely manner

• Escalating issues to the appropriate department.

• Documenting all interactions with customers for future QA
