Walk-in || Customer Care Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments.
• Achieve call, conversion, and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer/lead records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Sales/B2C experience preferred.
• Healthcare/IVF/BPO experience will be an added advantage.
• Good computer and CRM knowledge.
