Position: Customer Care Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls,emails and chats to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customer to ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and meet performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate
• Languages: Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Hindi/Kannada
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
