Shifts: 247 Rotational
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Advisors for Yoummday GmbHs international 247 inbound customer service campaign. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries professionally, maintaining service quality, and achieving defined productivity, quality and customer-service KPIs while following client SOPs, security and compliance requirements.
Shift Timings (IST):
- Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Salary Brackets:
- Customer Service Advisor: 30,000/month
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- International BPO Inbound/customer-service experience preferred
- Ability to meet defined KPIs and follow SOPs
- Commitment to client confidentiality, security and compliance standards
