Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer care, emails, and chats.
• Understand customer concerns and provide quick and effective solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.
• Maintain a positive customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass ( Degree is not mandatory).
• Languages known: Tamil/English/Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada/Hindi
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
