We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to join the team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be the primary voice of company's brand, assisting customers with their queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

1. Salary:- 13.5k - 21k CTC, 13.5k - 16k In-hand (Subject to Experience) + Other Benefits.
2. Shifts:- Day Rotational (Girls) and 24*7 (Boys)
3. Schedule:- 6 Days Working and 1 Rotational Week Off
4. Age Limit:- Max.32

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduate in any stream.
• Languages: Strong spoken command of English and Hindi both.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and typing skill.
• Soft Skills: Active listening, patience, clear communication, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Availability: Ready to work from office and adapt to rotational shift patterns if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls, chats, or emails to address customer queries and complaints.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update account details in the CRM system.
• Meet key performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Escalate complex issues to team leads or higher-level support when needed.

Walk-In Interview Details

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM 12:30 PM (Reporting Time).
• Carry you Aadhaar card (Original & Copy), Updated Resume and 5 Passport size photos.
