Walk-in || Customer Care Executive - sales

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (CCE) Sales to join our healthcare/fertility team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, counselling patients regarding our services, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into appointments and consultations.

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Convert leads into appointments and achieve assigned sales/conversion targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

1.3 years of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales,or similar roles.

• Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Credit Card, Banking, Loan, BPO, Telecom, EdTech, or other target-based sales industries will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
