Walk-in || Customer Care Executive -Only Male

Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent support resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and respond to patient/customer inquiries through phone calls.
• Provide accurate information regarding hospital services.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to address patient requirements.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient confidentiality standards.

Qualification

• Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BHM, MHM or equivalent).

Experience

• 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Patient Relations, Front Office, or Healthcare Operations.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
