Walk-in || Customer Care Executive (Freshers) - Immediate Joining - Walk In Drive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service at the Gold Loan branch.
• Manage KYC verification, customer registration, and CRM updates.
• Follow up on CRM leads, generate new leads through calling, and support business growth.
• Drive customer retention, renewals, interest collection, and customer referrals.
• Promote and cross-sell other financial products and services.
• Support branch-level marketing and field activities to increase customer acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

Fresh Graduates in any field.

Experience:

0 to 1 years of total experience in Sales

Competencies:

• Should flair for customer handling & sales.
• Flexible for traveling & doing outdoor activities.
• Require good communication & interpersonal skill.
• Willing to take up responsibilities & ownership proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have basic knowledge on computer
