Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from UK customers.
  
• Provide professional customer support and resolve queries effectively.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  
• Perform upselling and cross-selling during customer interactions.
  
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
  
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
  
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
  

Eligibility

• Freshers are eligible to apply.
  
• Experienced candidates from BPO, customer support, sales, or international voice processes are welcome.
  
• Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
  
• Comfortable speaking with international/UK customers.
  
• Basic computer knowledge.
  
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
