Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls, customer interactions & telecalling.
• Manage magazine subscriptions, renewals & customer follow-ups.
• Invite delegates and support conference/event registrations.
• Generate leads and promote H2O Bazaar packages.
• Use Zoho applications for customer management and reporting.
• Ensure timely service delivery and track magazine dispatches.

Requirements

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Telecalling / Voice Process / Customer Relationship / Inside Sales / B2B Sales preferred.
