Job Purpose:

To ensure accurate data collection, effective reporting, and continuous improvement in customer handling by analyzing CRM data, monitoring team performance, and driving structured processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct and complete data entry by CRM Executives
• Maintain data in clear, visual formats (dashboards/reports) for easy tracking
• Analyze daily/weekly CRM reports to identify gaps and improvement areas
• Review customer call recordings to assess quality and identify issues
• Plan and conduct team training based on performance gaps
• Monitor and manage CRM system usage
• Recommend improvements in CRM processes and system utilization
• Drive action plans to improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in CRM / Customer Service / Operations
• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting
• Team handling and training experience
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/dashboarding
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation
