Walk-in || CRM Executive (Immediate Joiner) Walkin Interview

Role & responsibilities

• Call companies from the company-provided database and establish contact with the organization.
• Identify the correct person responsible for Purchase, Procurement, Sourcing, Raw Material Purchase, Commercial or related functions.
• Understand the company's basic requirement for chemicals and identify potential business opportunities.
• Qualify prospects based on their requirement, product category, purchasing potential and other relevant information.
• Enter complete and accurate information into the company's CRM system.
• Maintain proper records of all calls, conversations, contacts and follow-ups in CRM.
• Generate qualified leads and pass them to the Sales Team for further business development.
• Follow up with prospects wherever required as instructed by the Sales Team.
• Maintain daily calling and CRM activity reports.
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Ensure high accuracy and quality of data entered into the CRM.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to improve lead conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experienced in B2B Telecalling / Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Business Development / Cold Calling.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Good at speaking with company representatives and reaching the right decision-maker.
• Confident, persistent and target-oriented.
• Good at asking the right questions and collecting business information.
• Comfortable working with CRM software and maintaining accurate data.
• Good in verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently and achieve daily targets.
