Role & responsibilities

• Collect and verify provider documents, licenses, and certifications.
• Prepare and submit credentialing and insurance enrollment applications.
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding application status.
• Maintain accurate provider information and credentialing records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies to resolve credentialing issues .
