Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Load Case Experience:

Crash Simulation Tools:

• Strong hands-on experience in LS-DYNA or PAM-CRASH
• Familiarity with pre/post tools like ANSA, Meta Post, Animator

Crash Load Case Knowledge:

Frontal Crash:

• ODB Offset Deformable Barrier
• FWR – Full Width Rigid
• MPDB – Mobile Progressive Deformable Barrier
• RCAR – Frontal crash (repairability)

Side Crash:

• POLE33 / POLE45 – Oblique Pole Impact
• MDB / AEMDB – Side impact with deformable barrier

Rear Crash:

• MRB1100 – Rear 50% Overlap
• MRB1800 – Rear Full Overlap

Pedestrian Protection:

• HEADNCAP – Headform to bonnet/windshield
• HEAD(REG) – Regulation-based tests
• UPPERLEG – Upper legform to bumper
