Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience architecting large-scale enterprise search implementations. Coveo Architect/Developer certification is preferred
• Experienced Coveo Search Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade search and relevance solutions using the Coveo AI-Relevance Platform. The architect will own the end-to-end search architecture, including content ingestion, indexing, security, relevance tuning, personalization, analytics, and integration with enterprise digital platforms. The role requires strong hands-on Coveo expertise combined with architecture experience across modern web/DXP platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), React, Next.js,Sitecore, or headless
• Coveo Solution Architecture- Coveo search architecture based on business, functional, security, scalability, and performance requirements. Design enterprise search solutions covering: Coveo organizations and environments Sources and connectors Indexing strategy Metadata and field strategy Search APIs Query pipelines Search interfaces Machine Learning Usage Analytics Define architecture patterns for multi-site, multi-brand, multi-language, and multi-region implementations. Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance to development teams.
• Configure and optimize Coveo sources, connectors, crawling, indexing, metadata mapping, and content enrichment. Design incremental/full indexing strategies. Define searchable, sortable, facetable, and ranking fields. Handle large-volume indexing and troubleshoot indexing/crawling issues. Design content filtering and source-specific indexing strategies
• Design and configure Coveo Machine Learning capabilities such as: Automatic Relevance Tuning Query Suggestions Recommendations Personalized search experiences Use user context, behavioral signals, and analytics to improve relevance. Define approaches for AI-driven search and generative search experiences where applicable.
