• Drive Salary Account acquisition through open market and field sales activities.
• Generate leads via canopy activities, promotional campaigns, cold calling, and customer referrals.
• Achieve assigned acquisition and cross-sell targets.
• Main products to be promoted and sold are Salary Accounts, General Insurance, and Life Insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Manage the assigned geographical territory and maximize market penetration.
