Job Profile
The Corporate Marketing plays a pivotal role in supporting the hospitals marketing and branding initiatives. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing corporate tie-ups, analysing market trends, and enhancing the hospital's visibility and patient engagement through strategic outreach.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
Identify and approach corporates, TPAs, insurance firms, PSUs, and government bodies for empanelment and healthcare partnerships.
Drive corporate wellness programs, annual health check-up packages, and on-site medical camps.
Maintain relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to create promotional content and campaigns.
Manage corporate client relationships and facilitate health check-up camps, wellness programs, and tie-ups.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Organize and manage promotional events, CMEs, and community outreach programs.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases.
Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital tools, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
