- Generate sales through inbound & outbound calls
- Understand customer business requirements
- Advise customers on suitable services
- Explain GST, Taxation, Trademark, Company Registration, Accounting & Compliance
- Convert leads into customers
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Handle customer queries and objections
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good convincing & negotiation ability

- Basic knowledge of GST, Taxation & Trademark is an advantage
