Walk-in || Conversational AI Designer

We are looking for a Conversational AI Designer to design customer experiences for AI-powered voice and chat solutions. The candidate will be responsible for conversation flows, voicebot behaviour, error handling, escalation journeys and customer experience.

• Design end-to-end conversational flows for AI voice and chat.
• Analyse customer call/chat transcripts and identify common customer journeys.
• Design intent, entity, confirmation and escalation flows.
• Create failure-handling journeys for interruptions, silence, miscommunication and out-of-scope queries.
• Design voice-specific experiences including turn-taking, barge-in, pacing and confirmation.
• Define human handover and escalation rules.
• Create prompts and response content for AI assistants.
• Analyse live bot conversations and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with AI Engineers and client stakeholders.
• Present conversation designs to clients.
