Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contractual agreements from tender stage to project completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts (e.g., EPC, Lump Sum Turnkey) with clients and vendors.
  
• Oversee procurement processes for construction materials, equipment, and services in accordance with contract requirements.
  
• Ensure timely submission of tenders for new projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  
• Monitor contract performance against agreed-upon milestones and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
