Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality continental Italian, pan Asian, Japanese, and American baked goods, pastries, pizzas, and grilled dishes in a hot kitchen environment.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to ensure efficient workflow.
  
• Assist senior chefs with menu planning, inventory management, and ordering ingredients as needed.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service.
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain accurate records.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role (Continental Cuisine/Italian Cuisine/Western Cuisine/Multi Cuisine).
  
• Proficiency in preparing pizzas using different toppings and cooking methods.
  
• Familiarity with grilling techniques for meats, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques for various types of breads and pastries.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
