Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee site planning, execution, and monitoring to meet project deadlines.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, providing timely updates on project progress.
  
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  
• Manage construction activities on-site, including labor management, material procurement, and equipment maintenance.
  
• Ensure site safety by monitoring and implementing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and reporting incidents.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering or interior design industry.
  
• Diploma or degree holder in relevant field (B.Tech / B.E. in Civil).
  
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination.
