Walk-in || Construction ERP Specialist

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated ERP Specialist to oversee, optimize, and manage our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. You will bridge the gap between our construction site operations and backend management. The ideal candidate will ensure that our inventory tracking, vendor billing, site procurement, and project timelines are accurately integrated and operating smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• System Management: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the construction ERP software platform.
• Module Optimization: Streamline modules across Project Management, Material/Inventory, Procurement, Billing, and Subcontractor Management.
• Data Verification: Monitor daily data entry from construction sites, tracking Material Issue Notes (MIN) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Vendor & Billing Management: Track bill of quantities (BOQ), work orders, and sub-contractor measurement sheets inside the ERP system.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate real-time reports on material wastage, project budgets, and procurement delays for senior management.
• End-User Training: Train site engineers, storekeepers, and account teams on proper ERP data logging protocols.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for software glitches, collaborating with third-party ERP vendors for custom patches.
