Walk-in || Computer Science/Robotics Teacher

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Computer Science lessons covering programming, data structures, algorithms, computational thinking, and AI concepts.
• Design and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans, coding exercises, projects, and hands-on robotics activities.
• Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, projects, exams, and classroom observations, providing constructive feedback.
• Provide individualized support and differentiated instruction to help students strengthen their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Integrate technology, coding tools, software, and online resources effectively to create an interactive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor student progress and continuously improve the Computer Science curriculum.

Preferred Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; teaching certification/licensure is an advantage.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and related libraries such as Turtle, Tkinter, Pygame, Toga, and OpenCV.
• Prior experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary school level will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
• Passion for STEM education, with the ability to make technical concepts practical, engaging, and easy to understand.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a commitment to continuous learning and adopting innovative teaching methodologies.
