Walk-in || Computer Hardware Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and trouble shoot desktops, laptops, workstations, and servers.
• Diagnose and repair hardware failures involving CPUs, RAM, motherboards, hard drives/SSD, power supplies, CCTV and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot printers, scanners, UPS systems, monitors, and other peripheral devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and periodic health checks of IT hardware.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN/Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity related hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate Hardware inventory of assets, warranties, repairs, replacements etc.
• Support data backup, hardware replacement, and system upgrade as required.
• Provide Technical support and guidance to users on hardware related issues.
• Maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedure and recurring hardware problems.
