Walk-in || Computer Billing & Accounts Operator (BUSY / Tally)

Role & responsibilities

Role Overview: Royal Foot Arts Wholesale Distribution is hiring 2 full-time System Operators to manage high-speed counter estimation billing and back-office entries across BUSY and Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counter & Wholesale Billing: Rapidly enter line items, carton counts, and size breakdowns directly into BUSY during walk-in rush hours.

• Parameterized Inventory: Manage cut-size details and parameter grids (especially for school footwear) and carton set conversions.

• Tally Compliance: Enter standard factory purchase vouchers, GST ledgers, and debit/credit adjustments in Tally

• Dispatch & Cash Counter: Attach transport booking details and Lorry Receipts (LR), reconcile daily counter cash collections, and balance daybooks at closing.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience working hands-on with BUSY and Tally (footwear, apparel, or FMCG wholesale preferred).

• Strong keyboard typing speed and familiarity with shortcut keys (minimal mouse usage).

• Reliable, honest, and comfortable with wholesale market working hours (10:00 AM 8:30 PM).
