Walk-in || Community Marketing Executive/ Sr.Exe (Camp)- Yashoda Hospitals

Role & responsibilities:

Community Marketing Executive (Camp) for a hospital focuses on building local relationships to drive patient footfall and increase brand awareness.

• Execute outreach programs: Plan and organize community health camps, free check-up drives, and health awareness programs.
• Build local networks: Establish and maintain strong relationships with residential societies and local communities to drive patient footfall.
• Run BTL campaigns: Implement localized Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to promote hospital services and medical specialties.
• Lead management: Coordinate with internal hospital teams to manage patient leads generated from camps.
• Track ROI: Monitor, record, and report on the performance and Return on Investment (ROI) of each camp activity.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: Any Bachelors degree.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field sales, or event management (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Mobility: Highly field-oriented and willing to travel locally to manage on-site camp logistics.
• Networking Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with local markets and community leaders.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and the local language to engage effectively with diverse community groups.
