Walk-in || Commercial Executive

Job Summary

The Commercial Executive is responsible for accurate recording, verification, and reporting of key operational metrics at the site level. This role ensures data integrity for each service period (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Supper) and supports smooth coordination between site personnel and the Drive team

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Data Recording
• Accurately document production quantities, wastage, sales counts, and inventory for each service period.
• Inventory Tracking
• Maintain opening and closing stock records for MRP items, top 20 items, and other specified categories.
• Verification & Sign-offs
• Ensure accuracy of all recorded data by obtaining sign-offs from responsible personnel.
• Daily Reporting
• Prepare and submit daily reports on production, wastage, sales, and inventory to the base office.
• Compliance
• Follow company policies and ensure all operational data is accurate and complete.
• Coordination
• Collaborate with site personnel and the Drive team to ensure smooth operations.
• Real-Time Updates
• Address and report any anomalies or issues during site operations immediately.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum B.Com degree.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience, though freshers may also apply. Preference is given to candidates with a food industry background.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel, specifically for data entry, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Core Skills: Good analytical, validation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Logistics & Compensation

• Salary: 16k 18k per month.
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day.
• Shift Details: Flexible shifts, including night shifts. Candidates must be willing to work nights, travel between sites, and handle field operations.

Qualification:

• B.Com (Minimum)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year
• Freshers may also apply

Salary:

• 16,000 18,000 per month

Work Locations - Sriperumbudur ,Thoothukudi , Oragadam, Madhuramangalam , Hosur.

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per day

Shift:
