Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Tele Collections to manage and drive a team of Collection Executives handling Banking/NBFC tele-collection processes. The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, improving team productivity, monitoring performance, and ensuring process and compliance adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of Tele Collection Executives.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, login hours, calls, PTP and PTP conversion.
• Track collection efficiency, bucket-wise performance and delinquency.
• Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance improvement plans to team members.
• Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to customer handling and collection guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with RBI / client / company collection policies.
• Coordinate with QA, Training, MIS and Operations teams to improve performance.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
• Handle escalations and support the team in difficult customer interactions.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure optimum utilization and attendance of team members.
• Support recruitment, induction and training of new collection executives.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Tele Collections / Banking Collections / NBFC Collections.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Tele-Collections preferred.
• Experience handling a team of 15–25+ collection executives.
• Strong knowledge of Banking/NBFC collection processes.
• Experience in handling delinquency/overdue accounts and achieving recovery targets.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working with MIS, Excel and collection dashboards.
• Candidates from Banking, NBFC, Fintech, BPO/Collection agencies are preferred.
