• Manage commercial vehicle loan collections and overdue recovery.
• Monitor delinquency, NPA accounts and collection targets.
• Lead and motivate the field collections team to achieve business objectives.
• Track Bucket wise collection performance and recovery productivity.
• Handle escalated cases repossession coordination and settlement negotiations as per company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and collections guidelines
• prepare regular collection reports and provide performance updates to management.
