Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding outstanding agricultural loans and overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers for payment commitments and repayment schedules.
• Explain outstanding dues and available repayment options to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection updates.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns appropriately.
• Achieve assigned collection targets while adhering to company policies and banking guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• DRA Certificate is mandatory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Knowledge of loan collections and repayment follow-ups is preferred.
• Willingness to work toward assigned collection targets.
