Walk-in || Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage debt recovery through effective communication with customers, negotiation, and legal action when necessary.
• Conduct field collections by visiting clients' premises to collect overdue payments.
• Utilize computer systems to process loan applications, track payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Identify potential risks associated with each loan application before approval.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Debt Collection or related field (preferably).
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong understanding of Loan Collection, Payment Recovery, Debt Recovery, Debt Collection processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
