Role & responsibilities

Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.

Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payments status.

Handle questions and complaints.

Negotiate payoff deadlines or payments plans.

Preferred candidate profile

12th/ 2nd PU is mandatory.

Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
