Walk-in || Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection processes from initial stages to final realization.
  
• Utilize advanced excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting.
  
• Prepare MIS reports using pivot tables and charts to track performance metrics.
  
• Conduct payment follow-ups with customers through phone calls and emails.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in collections or a related field.
  
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts & Dashboards creation.
  
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction during payment follow-ups.
