About the Role

Ram Fincorp is looking for experienced and motivated Collection Agents / Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for customer calling, payment follow-ups, collections, and maintaining proper records in the CRM while ensuring compliance with applicable RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment and collection follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and communicate repayment-related information professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and maintain regular contact.
• Update customer interaction, payment commitments and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Use dialer systems efficiently for daily calling activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and accurate call records.
• Follow company processes and applicable RBI guidelines during customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned calling and collection targets.
• Escalate customer concerns or exceptional cases to the concerned team.

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in Payday Loans / Digital Lending / Loan Collections is preferred.
• Good understanding of RBI guidelines and compliant customer communication.
• Hands-on knowledge of dialer systems.
• Good working knowledge of CRM software.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with relevant collection/telecalling experience will be preferred.
